Report: KD expected to play in Game 5, officially remains game-time decision

Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant "looked good" in Monday morning's shootaround session and remains a game-time decision for Game 5 of the NBA Finals, head coach Steve Kerr said.

"We'll see where it all goes," Kerr added.

Although the Warriors have remained publicly cautious in their optimism, Durant is expected to play, multiple sources told NBC Sports' Monte Poole.

Durant practiced Sunday and was listed as questionable for the Warriors' do-or-die contest against the Toronto Raptors. He hasn't played in over a month after straining his right calf in the Warriors' second-round series against the Houston Rockets.

The 30-year-old's inability to compete in Game 4 on Friday reportedly caused "a mixture of confusion and angst" among his teammates. Golden State has desperately missed Durant's length and two-way play in a series that has seen Toronto definitively control the pace.
