Milwaukee Bucks rookie Donte DiVincenzo will miss the remainder of the regular season and playoffs to address bilateral heel bursitis in his left foot, the team announced Tuesday evening.

The No. 17 pick last June, DiVincenzo's season has largely been derailed by injury. In 27 appearances, the Villanova product has averaged 4.9 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.1 assists in just over 15 minutes per game.

DiVincenzo's injury is the latest for a Bucks team already dealing with significant, multi-week absences to a trio of rotation pieces.

Guard Malcolm Brogdon, the 2016-17 Rookie of the Year, could reportedly be out as late as mid-May after suffering a minor plantar fascia tear; big man Nikola Mirotic was reportedly given a two-to-four week recovery timeline for a sprain and fracture in his left thumb; center Pau Gasol is expected to miss a month with a left ankle injury.

Despite their recent run of bad injury luck, the Bucks have still managed to post a league-best 56-19 record, putting the team on track to claim home-court advantage throughout the playoffs.
