Discussions continue of a potential Gasol trade between the Grizzlies and Charlotte Hornets, but there are still gaps between the two teams, league sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
The two clubs were reportedly in "strong talks" on Tuesday regarding Gasol.
The 34-year-old has played his entire 11-year career with the Grizzlies and will enter unrestricted free agency this summer should he turn down his $25.5-million player option.
