Report: Bridges plans to compete in Slam Dunk contest

Charlotte Hornets rookie Miles Bridges plans to compete in this year's Slam Dunk contest, league sources told Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.
Bridges was sent to Charlotte in a draft-day deal after the Los Angeles Clippers selected him with the 12th overall pick.
The 20-year-old is averaging 6.7 points per game on 44.6 percent shooting and has made his share of highlight-worthy dunks during his rookie campaign.
