Jahlil Okafor appears to have injured his right ankle. The New Orleans Pelicans big man was photographed leaving the United Center on crutches after the team's preseason loss to the Chicago Bulls on Sunday night.

Okafor received an X-ray after the game and will undergo an MRI on Monday, a league source told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
The No. 3 overall pick in 2015 had a strong debut with his new team, finishing with eight points, seven rebounds, and two blocks in 17 minutes.
