Kyrie's newest Nike shoes inspired by 'Toy Story'
Kyrie Irving pulled inspiration from the classic children's movie "Toy Story" while designing one of the colorways of his new $80 Nike "Core" sneaker.
Irving unveiled the budget-friendly shoes during an interview with Chris Strachan of the Sneaker School YouTube channel.
"'Toy Story' is one of my favorite movies," Irving said. "Seeing how that franchise has evolved is awesome. To be able to tell that inspiration and that influence and that story through my shoes is something I love connecting with."
The "Core" sneaker will be released sometime this spring, but, according to Strachan, the "Toy Story" edition won't be available to the public.
