Marco Belinelli could be on the move soon.

Belinelli won't play for the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday against the Memphis Grizzlies as the team reportedly told Michael Cunningham of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution it is currently discussing a trade involving the Italian swingman.

It is unclear which team or teams the Hawks are speaking to regarding Belinelli, though Cunningham notes Atlanta has "a few options" to consider. In terms of a return, the Hawks are reportedly hoping to receive a draft pick, according to Tim Bontemps of the Washington Post.

A veteran on an expiring contract, Belinelli makes sense as an intriguing trade chip for the young Hawks, who currently sit last in the Eastern Conference and are in the midst of a rebuild. The 31-year-old is averaging 11.4 points on 37.2 percent shooting from deep and is earning just $6.6 million in the final year of his contract.
