The Cleveland Cavaliers keep wheeling and dealing on trade deadline day, acquiring George Hill from the Sacramento Kings and Rodney Hood from the Utah Jazz in a three-team trade, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

The deal will reportedly see Derrick Rose and Jae Crowder going to Utah, Joe Johnson swapping the Jazz for the Kings, and Iman Shumpert moving from Cleveland to Sacramento.

The Jazz will then reportedly release Rose.

Minutes later, it was reported the Cavs dealt Dwyane Wade to the Miami Heat in a related move.

Hood had been widely rumored to be moved ahead of the 3 p.m. ET deadline, and even said on Wednesday he had a "gut feeling" he'd be traded. The reported move essentially remodels the Cavs' core unit as they jettisoned Isaiah Thomas earlier in the day. Hood provides Cleveland with a young, solid, two-way player at shooting guard, while Hill adds needed depth at point guard behind Jordan Clarkson. The Cavs had previously tried to obtain Hill but came up short.
