Report: Wall agrees to 5-year endorsement deal with Adidas
John Wall is back with the three stripes.
The Washington Wizards point guard has reportedly agreed to a five-year endorsement to return to sports apparel manufacturer Adidas, according to Shams Charania of The Vertical.
Financial terms of the deal are currently unknown.
Wall had previously been under the Adidas label but broke ties with the company in September 2015 after opting not to extend the partnership. He was given two signature shoes under Adidas - the "J Wall 1" and "Wall 2."
Since his departure from Adidas, Wall had experimented with a number of different shoes on the court. A renewed deal with Adidas appeared to be on the horizon in late December, however, when the Wizards' floor general unexpectedly wore his first signature shoe from 2014 in a marquee matchup against the Houston Rockets, courtesy of Brandon Richard of Sole Collector.
