Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker had to be carried off the floor in the fourth quarter Tuesday night after suffering a left adductor strain.

The Suns announced that Booker will be further evaluated back in Phoenix on Wednesday.

Booker came up hobbling after planting awkwardly on his right leg while defending Raptors point guard Fred VanVleet near midcourt. Unable to put any weight on the leg, he was carried to the locker room by two of his teammates.

The third-year wing came into the game on a torrid scoring streak, having dropped 84 points combined in his previous two games and averaging 34.8 (on 54.3 percent shooting) across his previous four. He had 19 points, five rebounds, eight assists, two steals, and a block Tuesday before suffering the injury.
