LaVar has literally taken his Ball and gone home, again.

The Ball patriarch will pull freshman forward LiAngelo Ball from attending UCLA, LaVar told Jeff Goodman of ESPN.

"We are exploring other options with Gelo," LaVar said. "He's out of there."

Sources told TMZ that LiAngelo has not yet withdrawn from the school itself, but he will remain at home and not return.

LiAngelo is indefinitely suspended from the school after he and two teammates were placed on house arrest for shoplifting during a promotional preseason tour in China. LiAngelo took responsibility and owned up to the mistake but the school still administered punishment.

LaVar disagreed with UCLA's move, as he told TMZ "there's no need to break down a kid's spirit for making a mistake." He also found himself wrapped up in a war of words with President Donald Trump over the incident and appeared on CNN to defend himself and his son.

Earlier this year, LaVar pulled a similar move with his youngest son LaMelo, who he decided to homeschool. LaMelo is 16 years old and has his own signature shoe, which might threaten his collegiate eligibility.

Lonzo, the eldest Ball brother, was the star of UCLA last season before he joined the Los Angeles Lakers as the No. 2 pick in the draft.
