Doc pays no heed to 'internet people' calling on ailing Clippers to rebuild
The Doc isn't looking for a second opinion on how to run his team.
"The day I start answering the internet people is the day I'm an internet person," Los Angeles Clippers coach Doc Rivers told the media Wednesday. "That's not going to happen. I don't listen to all that stuff. We're going to do what's best for the franchise."

Despite the Clippers' 8-11 record, Rivers isn't putting much stock in calls for large-scale changes to the team, especially with injuries to key players Patrick Beverley, Blake Griffin, and Danilo Gallinari outside of his control.

"There's not much I can do about (the criticism) though," Rivers said, citing the reactionary culture of fans and media in modern basketball. "That's the day and time. It's different than it was 15 years ago - I think you would admit to that. Now, people want to place blame right away - blame me, blame whatever. It's the way it's going to work anyway, so who cares. (Criticism) doesn't bother me at all because I don't read it anyway."
