Stephen Curry took some time before Monday's game to comfort a young boy experiencing a profound loss.
Curry met with Brayden Harris, the 9-year-old nephew of Dallas Mavericks guard Devin Harris. Brayden's father died Thursday from injuries suffered in a car crash. The two-time MVP comforted Brayden and signed some gear for the grieving family.
"I lost my brother tragically and it's been a tough week," Devin Harris told Eddie Sefko of the Dallas News before the game. "The family is taking it pretty hard, as you would expect them to. Probably the toughest thing I've had to deal with, dealing with myself, trying to explain it to his kids, my kids - it's just been tough."
