The creators of NBA2K accidentally jumped the gun when they put Kyrie Irving on the cover of the 2018 game.
They had no idea that Irving, who had only played on the Cleveland Cavaliers previously, would demand a trade following a third straight trip to the NBA Finals.
2K Sports quickly whipped up an updated cover with Irving in his new Boston Celtics threads after the blockbuster trade was consummated.
