If you didn't think Gordon Hayward still had a connection to the Utah Jazz after signing with the Boston Celtics, consider what he did for J.P. Gibson.
The youngster, who beat cancer two years ago only to see it return, received a special gift from Hayward on Thursday in the form of a Nintendo Switch.
This wasn't Gibson's first encounter with Hayward. In 2014, the then-5-year-old Gibson signed a one-day contract with the Jazz, hitting the floor for a scrimmage.
