You can bet one of the talking points the next time the media has time with NBA commissioner Adam Silver will be about officiating. A flat-out debacle during the third quarter of Friday's Game 4 featured refs calling what was supposed to be Draymond Green's second technical foul of the game - an automatic ejection.
Only then however, did the crew say Green's first-half penalty actually belonged to Steve Kerr - despite the official game report indicating otherwise.
