The New York Knicks are actively looking to add a second first-round selection to pair with the eighth overall pick they already have ahead of this summer's NBA draft.
The Knicks currently have their eyes set on one of the three picks the Portland Trail Blazers own, and have been engaged in talks over potentially acquiring one, according to ESPN's Ian Begley.
In the Trail Blazers' possession are the No. 15, 20 (from Memphis via Denver and Cleveland), and 26 (from Cleveland) picks.
For the second round, New York will be picking 44th and 58th overall, while Portland is without a selection.
The 2017 draft takes place on June 22 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
