It's been a long road to get here, but J.R. Smith and his wife, Jewel, are finally able to bring their baby daughter home.
The Cleveland Cavaliers guard revealed on his Instagram account Tuesday that his daughter, Dakota, was released from hospital.
Dakota was born five months premature back in January, and weighed approximately one pound at the time of her birth.
Smith had been giving progress updates on her condition on social media since then.
