Kawhi picked for random drug test after 39-point heroics

Timing is everything.
San Antonio Spurs superstar Kawhi Leonard just happened to be subjected to a random drug test following his 39-point effort Monday against the Houston Rockets, according to ESPN's Michael C. Wright.
The test came minutes after Leonard dropped the go-ahead three, followed by the game-saving block on James Harden to secure a 112-110 victory over the surging Rockets.
To be clear, his performance had nothing to do with the procedure. It was a total coincidence that one of Leonard's four tests on the season came after his best game.
