Gobert fined $25K for making contact with ref

Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert has been docked $25,000 by the NBA for making physical contact with referee Mitchell Ervin during Friday night's win over the Milwaukee Bucks.
In reaction to a shooting foul he disagreed with in the third quarter, Gobert raced over to confront Ervin along the sideline, laying a hand on his arm to get his attention. He was promptly assessed a technical foul for the indiscretion.
The foul had actually been called on Gobert's teammate Joe Johnson, but Gobert felt Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo had extended a forearm on his layup and should've been assessed an offensive foul, rather than an and-1 opportunity.
