Rest of Season Top 200 Rankings - Week 4 (Nov. 14 - Nov 20)

Every Monday, we'll be publishing our rest-of-season player rankings for the top 200 players in fantasy basketball.

These rankings will reflect standard scoring formats, taking into account each player's ability to produce in the following categories: points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, 3-point shots made, field goal percentage, free throw percentage and turnovers.

Tier 1: Fantasy Superstars

All is quiet at the top of the pyramid. Chris Paul has arguably outperformed several of the players ahead of him, but the positional scarcity of elite small forwards and centers and a glut of mid-tier assist specialists at point guard keeps the Clippers' superstar slightly devalued. If he had SF eligibility, he'd be ranked sixth on my big board.

Tier 2: The Rest of the Best

Utah lost Trey Burke and Trevor Booker in the offseason, but added George Hill, Joe Johnson, Boris Diaw and saw Dante Exum return from a year off with injury. Throw in Gordon Hayward, Rodney Hood and Rudy Gobert and there are a lot of mouths to feed. Though Favors averaged 16/8 the last two seasons, it seems likely that his shot attempts per game will take a hit.

After attending to significant personal matters to start the season, Holiday is primed to make his debut. Unlike an injured player, Holiday shouldn't take nearly as long to work himself into game shape, so he should be called on for 15 shots and his typical stellar defense from his first game back. Depending on how much the Pelicans lean on him, he could rise even higher.

Tier 3: Secondary Guards, Forwards and UTIL Depth

Rondo started the season in the top-50 but it has become increasingly obvious that the benefits of owning him - passing, rebounding, defense -- hasn't quite made up for his limitations (which is essentially everything related to actually putting the ball in the net himself). He's still a fine third guard, but 6.5 assists doesn't quite make up for shooting 34.1 percent from the field.

Porter has developed into a legitimate secondary option. He's the Wizards' third-leading scorer at 15.2 points per game but also has chipped in 7.8 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.9 stocks with a league-leading 63.6 FG percentage. The percentages are sure to drop, but Porter has put himself in position to star if either John Wall or Bradley Beal miss games.

Ellis and Miles are useful depth options that contribute in different ways. Ellis is the superior defender in fantasy terms - averaging 1.9 steals from 2009-16 - and he's still good for nearly five assists, but he's taking fewer than 10 shots per game for the first time since his rookie campaign. As a one-way threat who is still a liability on defense, he should see his minutes scaled back.

With the Pacers apparently dealing with some locker room chemistry issues, it wouldn't be a shock to see Indiana trade Ellis this season, which would open up a big chunk of playing time for Miles, who offers the Pacers better floor spacing and higher-efficiency scoring. As is, Miles is still valuable for his 14.3 points and 2.4 3-pointers made per game, with obvious room for growth.

Tier 4: Streaming Options

Bazemore dropped from Tier 3 since our last ranking. He's still one of the best streaming options in the game; add him in weeks where the Hawks have four or more games, or when they have a back-to-back set. With averages of 11/3/3, 1.8 steals, 1.2 3PM and 0.7 blocks, he does a little bit of everything, but he's just a role player this year and isn't a must-own player.

Tyler Johnson is in a similar boat as Bazemore, averaging 14/4/2 with average peripheral stats. He's playing a career-high of 30 minutes per game but unlike Bazemore, Johnson has room to grow. The pecking order in Miami doesn't have a clear hierarchy after Goran Dragic and Hassan Whiteside, so Johnson (as well as Justise Winslow and Josh Richardson) can seize a larger role.

Harkless is still only 23 years old but may be hitting his stride in year five in the league. With Al-Farouq Aminu out for the next couple of weeks, Harkless can further establish himself among the starters. He's already averaging a career high 30.5 minutes, 11.2 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.4 3PMs per game while shooting 50 percent from the field and 85.7 percent from the foul line.

Tier 5: Fantasy Fringe

Goodwin had some moments with the Suns last season; in 27 games where he played at least 20 minutes, he averaged 13.6 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.3 assists. That could yield dividends for Pelicans squad that consists of Anthony Davis and not much else. there's room for a scoring guard in the frontcourt until Tyreke Evans returns. Goodwin has a shot to be that player.
