Reddick wins wild playoff race at Texas Motor Speedway
Tyler Reddick was victorious during a lengthy Autotrader EchoPark Automotive 500 at Texas Motor Speedway on Sunday.
It was the No. 8 driver's third win of the 2022 season. A non-playoff driver has won each of the last four races to open the postseason.

Reddick used a late overtake of Joey Logano to earn the win.
Logano and Justin Haley finished second and third, respectively. Playoff drivers Chase Elliott and Christopher Bell exited due to tire issues.
Denny Hamlin and William Byron took issue with each other's driving throughout the race, with Hamlin bumping Byron during a caution in retaliation for being bumped earlier.

The chaotic race lasted more than five hours due to a rain delay and a 55-minute red flag during the final stage.
Logano leads the Cup Series playoff standings after Sunday, followed by Ross Chastain and Byron.
The postseason continues Oct. 1 with the YellaWood 500 at Talladega.
