A featherweight bout between Yair Rodriguez and Jean Silva will serve as the main event for the Noche UFC card on Sept. 12 at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona.
Rodriguez, a former interim featherweight champion, last appeared in the Octagon in April 2025 when he defeated Patricio Pitbull by decision at UFC 314. That victory snapped a two-fight losing streak that included a July 2023 title unification fight against Alexander Volkanovski for the featherweight belt.
Silva is set to headline Noche UFC for the second straight year. Diego Lopes defeated him via TKO in the 2025 main event.
Silva's most recent UFC fight, which took place in January, ended in a victory over Arnold Allen by unanimous decision.
This will be the fourth annual Noche UFC event, which is held in celebration of Mexican Independence Day.
