UFC veteran Matt Riddle announced his retirement from MMA on Monday due to a rib injury.

Riddle, who entered the MMA world via the seventh season of The Ultimate Fighter, was supposed to fight at Bellator 100. He fought for the UFC for five seasons, but was released after testing positive for marijuana metabolites.
