John Gotti III, a grandson of infamous mob boss John Gotti, improved to 2-0 in his professional MMA career with a first-round knockout of Eddie Haws at a Classic Entertainment and Sports event in New York on Friday.

The welterweight fighter needed just 32 seconds to put away Haws (0-2).

In an interview with Ariel Helwani of "The MMA Hour" on Monday, Gotti III said he receives a lot of questions about his last name, but it's something he's become used to.

"I'm adjusted to it by now," the fighter said. "You get these same questions over and over, over the course of your whole life. Since a kid, I'm just kind of used to it at this point. At the same time, I'm just trying to take my own path, my own avenue in this sport and accomplish my own things through hard work and dedication. But I'm proud of my name and my name is my name and I'm gonna represent it the best I could, win, lose, or draw. That's all I could do as far as that."
