Slowly but surely, Daniel Straus is getting back to his old self.
The former Bellator featherweight champion was involved in a motorcycle accident just a few weeks ago, and while the details surrounding it have been hard to come by (Straus has no recollection of what transpired), he's provided several promising updates on his recovery via Instagram:
The 33-year-old Straus was able to move his limbs after being transported to a Florida hospital, but the nature and severity of his injuries were not disclosed. He appears intent on making it back to the cage, though, having already gotten back in the gym this week:
The former champ last fought in October at Bellator 184, where he suffered a third-round submission loss to Emmanuel Sanchez.
