The UFC will head to Texas this spring, when it takes over Dallas' American Airlines Center on May 13 for UFC 211, officials confirmed to MMAjunkie, echoing a Monday report by Yahoo Sports' Kevin Iole.
No bouts have been attached to the May event, and it could be some time before its takes shape, as a handful of cards preceding it have yet to be fully fleshed out.
The last Octagon sighting in the Texas city came in March 2015 with UFC 185, where Rafael dos Anjos captured the lightweight title from Anthony Pettis by unanimous decision and Joanna Jedrzejczyk dethroned Carla Esparza for the strawweight strap via second-round TKO.
