Blue Jays' Donaldson spars with 'Wonderboy' ahead of UFC 206

Just call him the "Bringer of Jabs."
Toronto Blue Jays slugger Josh Donaldson took his athletic abilities from the diamond to the MMA gym Saturday, just hours before UFC 206 at the Air Canada Centre, where he got the chance to spar with welterweight contender Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson and trainer Brandon Gibson.
The 2015 AL MVP showed off some slick moves during the session, including some nice spinning elbows and a solid kick that likely impressed Wonderboy, a kickboxing extraordinaire.
For the sake of Blue Jays manager John Gibbons' sanity, let's hope this session isn't a precursor to Donaldson pursuing an offseason career in the Octagon.
