Heavyweights Alistair Overeem and Travis Browne could be out of action for a while following their tough losses on Saturday in Cleveland.
Overeem was knocked out by Stipe Miocic in the headlining championship bout of UFC 203, while Browne lost a lopsided decision to Fabricio Werdum in the evening's co-main event.
The Ohio Athletic Commission released the list of medical suspensions for the event on Monday.
In Overeem's case, he will be suspended indefinitely until he receives neurological clearance. The loss to Miocic was the 10th time in his career that Overeem has lost by KO.
Browne suffered a finger injury early in his fight with Werdum. The injury was brought to everyone's attention when Browne made the strange decision to call for a timeout in the first round to address it. Making the situation more bizarre is the fact that timeouts don't exist in MMA, but referee Gary Copeland allowed Browne to have his hand checked and continue fighting.

After Browne undergoes surgery, he will need clearance from an orthopedist before he returns to competition.
Bantamweight Jimmie Rivera (right eye), middleweight Brad Tavares (lower back), and welterweight Sean Spencer (left hand) also received indefinite suspensions pending medical clearance.
