Toronto FC forward Jozy Altidore has been held off the team sheet for Sunday's match at New York Red Bulls after picking up a hamstring injury during preseason training two weeks ago.
Reports were confirmed Saturday when the team sheets were released, with the visitors opting to hand MLS SuperDraft pick Tsubasa Endoh his debut at the Red Bull Arena.
