Toronto FC midfielder Michael Bradley has been named to the United States' 24-man squad to face Colombia and Peru in upcoming friendlies this month, marking the veteran's first international call-up since his country's infamous 2-1 loss to Trinidad and Tobago a year ago that ended its 2018 World Cup hopes.
Along with Bradley, interim USMNT coach Dave Sarachan announced that Atlanta United goalkeeper Brad Guzan, who was on the bench for the fateful loss to the Caribbean nation, will also make his first return to the team since the defeat.
Joining the experienced pair is touted 20-year-old Borussia Dortmund midfielder Christian Pulisic, who missed his country's last two matches against Brazil and Mexico in September due to injury.
The U.S. will face Colombia on Oct. 11 in Tampa, Fla., before hosting Peru on Oct. 16 in East Hartford, Conn.
