Watch: Harrison Afful finally scores his long-range rocket goal
Reuters
Columbus Crew full-back Harrison Afful has been trying - all season long now - to score a powerful rocket goal from distance, and with just three games left in the 2016 campaign, the Ghanaian finally found what he's been seeking.
While eyes are glued to action much higher up the Eastern Conference table, the best early goal this weekend came against the lowly Chicago Fire, off a corner kick routine.
Afful's not-so-awful effort is just a silver lining in an otherwise forgettable 2016 campaign, for both himself and his teammates.
