VIDEO: Cubs' Rizzo tries his hand at singing country
Anthony Rizzo is a multi-faceted individual, who possesses a knack for slugging dingers and making highlight-reel defensive plays for the Chicago Cubs, and he isn't afraid to step on stage and rock a mic, either.
The first baseman surprisingly graced the stage and sang a duet with country singer Brett Eldredge at the Rosemont Theatre on Friday.
Here's Rizzo's attempt at singing to hit country single "Lose My Mind" with Eldredge.

Despite his best efforts and a roaring ovation from the crowd upon his arrival, Rizzo admitted after the show that a career in music isn't in his future and he's going to stick to baseball.
I should probably keep my day job...Thank you @bretteldredge for an incredible night. https://t.co/hDM3Y60GaI

Rizzo had a lot to be happy about after the Cubs agreed to an eight-year contract with outfielder Jason Heyward earlier in the day.
