Major League Baseball officials are unhappy with a new "Fallout 4" modification they claim infringes their rights.
Richie Branson, an independent developer, created a modification that allows gamers to sport a Boston Red Sox jersey - David Ortiz to be exact - while the main character is killing mutants.
"The use of these marks is an infringement of our rights. We plan to enforce those rights," an MLB spokesman said in an email Thursday, according to The Boston Globe's Steve Annear.
Branson said he originally planned to make modifications to include other famed Red Sox players but, if contacted by the league, he will remove his mod.
"I'm not rich enough to even think about taking it to court," said Branson.
