Mets' Cuddyer leaves game with sore left knee

New York Mets outfielder Michael Cuddyer left Tuesday's game with a sore left knee, ESPN New York's Adam Rubin reports.
Analysis:
The elephant in the room is that the Mets might be a better team without Cuddyer, who is slashing just .245/.299/.368 with subpar defense. That said, it sounds like it could be a minor injury and he should be considered day-to-day for now. Darrell Ceciliani replaced Cuddyer on Tuesday and would figure to be in the mix if Cuddyer misses more time.
