Dodgers closer Kenley Jansen eyeing Saturday return

Kenley Jansen expects to be activated from the 15-day disabled list on Saturday.
The Los Angeles Dodgers closer, who has yet to play a game this season due to a broken foot, has appeared in five rehab games at Class-A Rancho Cucamonga, giving up three runs in 4 1/3 innings pitched. All of those runs came in one game on May 6.
Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said Jansen won't be immediately reinstated as the team's closer, though it shouldn't take long for him to slot back into that role.
Jansen finished tied for third in the National League with 44 saves in 49 chances last season, boasting a 2.76 ERA in 65.1 innings while striking out 101 batters.
