Left-hander Brian Duensing and the Minnesota Twins avoided arbitration by agreeing to a one-year, $2.7 million contract, Phil Ervin of Fox Sports North reports.
Analysis:
This will be Duensing's last arbitration agreement before free agency, but he could be in for a rough contract year. The lefty outperformed his FIP by well more than a run and registered his lowest strikeout rate since 2010.
