For the first time in three years, Daniel Hudson will not have his season ended prematurely as the result of an injury.
The Arizona Diamondbacks reliever returned to the mound Sept. 3 following a pair of Tommy John surgeries over the past two seasons and wrapped up his 2014 campaign on Thursday, after hurling 2 2/3 healthy innings.
#Dbacks to shutdown Daniel Hudson. Not injured, but shown what team wanted. Won't push him.

Hudson was used sparingly in his return, making three appearances while allowing four runs off four hits while striking out a pair.
