Jose Tabata will be available off the Pirates' bench Thursday against the Brewers, according to Trib reporter Rob Biertempfel.
Tabata was forced to leave Wednesday's game after making a spectacular catch in the outfield. He crashed into the scoreboard fence at Great American Ball Park and had to be assisted off the field.
His immediate availability suggests the team ruled out a concussion for the outfielder.
