Los Angeles Dodgers right-hander Tyler Glasnow will return to the starting rotation Tuesday against the Atlanta Braves, manager Dave Roberts said Saturday, according to The Athletic's Fabian Ardaya.
Glasnow hasn't pitched in a big-league game since May 6 due to back issues. The 32-year-old struck out nine and carried a shutout into the sixth inning during his last rehab start for Triple-A Oklahoma City on Wednesday.
The one-time All-Star will join a Dodgers rotation that presently features Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Tarik Skubal, Blake Snell, Eric Lauer, and Roki Sasaki.
Glasnow posted a 2.72 ERA and 11.1 K/9 in seven starts for the Dodgers before he was sidelined.
The Dodgers enter Saturday with a 9-10 record in August but have turned it around of late with four straight wins.
