The Atlanta Braves placed outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. on the 10-day injured list with a strained left hamstring, the team announced Wednesday.
Acuña left Tuesday's game against the Chicago White Sox after he tried to beat out a grounder and came up hobbling.

Acuña missed 13 games in May with a strained left hamstring. The 2023 NL MVP also missed time last year with an Achilles injury and underwent ACL repair surgeries in both 2021 and 2024.
The five-time All-Star owns a .251/.373/.421 slash line with seven home runs, 22 RBIs, and 15 steals this season.
The Braves selected first baseman Rowdy Tellez to the major-league roster and designated right-hander Jhancarlos Lara for assignment in corresponding moves.
