Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Jacob Misiorowski left Friday's start against the Washington Nationals with an injury after throwing 5 1/3 no-hit innings.
The team said that Misiorowski sustained a right hamstring cramp.
Misiorowski walked off the mound after throwing a 99-mph fastball to James Wood and then motioned for a trainer. He headed for the clubhouse following a prolonged conversation with the training staff and manager Pat Murphy.

Misiorowski was dominating the Nationals before exiting, striking out eight while allowing only two baserunners via walks on 85 pitches.
The 24-year-old flamethrower is enjoying a breakout season, sporting a 2.84 ERA and 1.00 WHIP with 59 strikeouts across seven starts. His fastball has averaged 99.1 mph this year.
Aaron Ashby replaced Misiorowski on the mound and finished the bottom of the sixth without allowing a hit. However, Daylen Lile broke up the combined no-no with a one-out double in the bottom of the seventh.
Milwaukee led Washington 4-1 after seven innings.
