The Seattle Mariners signed outfielder Rob Refsnyder to a one-year contract, the club announced Monday.

Refsnyder will make $6.25 million in 2026, and his deal includes $250,000 in incentives, according to Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic.

The 34-year-old hit nine homers with 30 RBIs and an .838 OPS over 70 games as a platoon player with the Boston Red Sox in 2025. He owns a career .281/.383/.443 slash line against left-handers.

"Rob has been one of the most productive hitters against left-handed pitching over the last four seasons and provides balance and impact offensively to our lineup," Mariners general manager Justin Hollander said in a statement.

Refsnyder has also suited up for the New York Yankees, Tampa Bay Rays, Toronto Blue Jays, Texas Rangers, and Minnesota Twins over his 10-year career.
