The Cleveland Guardians are listening to trade offers for their relievers, including Emmanuel Clase and Cade Smith, reports the New York Post's Jon Heyman.

The Guardians aren't considered likely to trade either pitcher because of their high asking prices, Heyman adds.

Clase got off to a rough start, logging a 6.75 ERA and 1.95 WHIP through the first month of the season, but he's been stellar since. He ranks fourth in the AL with 21 saves to go along with a 2.86 ERA and 2.33 FIP.

Meanwhile, Smith continues to succeed in his sophomore campaign after finishing fifth in AL Rookie of the Year voting and ninth for the AL Cy Young in 2024.

The 26-year-old right-hander owns a 2.06 FIP and 13.4 K/9 in 43 appearances.

Clase is owed the remainder of his $4.9-million salary for this season and $6.4 million in 2026. He's also got $10-million team options in 2027 and 2028.

Smith isn't arbitration-eligible until 2027 and won't become a free agent until 2030.
