Kansas City Royals infielder Maikel Garcia had some opinions about New York Yankees left-hander Carlos Rodón's show of emotion during Game 2 of the ALDS on Monday.
Rodón looked dominant in the top of the first inning, striking out the side and getting Garcia looking to start the game.
But the Royals quickly got to Rodón, scoring four runs on seven hits across 3 2/3 innings. Kansas City eventually secured a 4-2 victory, tying the best-of-five series at one game apiece.
Garcia had a breakout game out of the leadoff spot, finishing with four hits in five at-bats and one RBI.
The two teams will resume the series on Wednesday with Game 3 at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City.
