The Los Angeles Dodgers placed right-hander Bobby Miller on the injured list with shoulder inflammation, the team announced Saturday.

Manager Dave Roberts said there isn't structural damage to Miller's shoulder but doesn't have a timetable for a return yet, according to Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times.

Miller looked fantastic in his first start of the season, striking out 11 St. Louis Cardinals hitters over six innings. The 25-year-old didn't last more than four frames in his two outings since, giving up a combined nine hits and seven earned runs in 5 2/3 innings.

The Illinois native is the latest starter to land on the Dodgers' injured list, joining Walker Buehler, Clayton Kershaw, Tony Gonsolin, Dustin May, and Emmet Sheehan.

The Dodgers also placed right-hander Connor Brogdon on the injured list and recalled left-hander Nick Ramirez and right-hander J.P. Feyereisen in corresponding moves.
