The Dylan Cease trade market is heating up as the winter meetings get going in Nashville.

The Atlanta Braves and Baltimore Orioles are among multiple clubs engaged with the Chicago White Sox about a potential deal involving the 2022 AL Cy Young runner-up, sources told Jon Morosi of MLB Network.

The Los Angeles Dodgers and St. Louis Cardinals are reportedly also eyeing the right-hander.

Atlanta could pair Cease with Spencer Strider and Max Fried to create a dynamic three-headed monster. The team's rotation finished with the ninth-best fWAR (11.7) in 2023.

Meanwhile, the Orioles may use their elite farm system to land a top starter to bolster a group led by Kyle Bradish following a breakout season.

Cease surpassed the 200-strikeout plateau for a third straight campaign despite posting a 4.58 ERA. The 27-year-old owns a career 3.83 ERA with 10.8 K/9. He's also arbitration-eligible through 2025.
