The 2023 Major League Baseball playoffs are set after seeding came down to the final day of the regular season.

American League

1. Baltimore Orioles
2. Houston Astros

The Orioles clinched the league's top seed and home-field advantage through the ALCS. It's the first time Baltimore has reached triple-digit wins since 1980. The Astros claimed the second seed after winning the AL West on Sunday.

The Rays locked up the No. 4 seed after failing to catch the Orioles and will host the Rangers. Tampa Bay went 2-4 against Texas.

Philadelphia went 6-7 against its division rival.
