The Baltimore Orioles and second baseman Adam Frazier agreed to a one-year contract, the club announced Thursday.
Frazier will make $8 million, according to Jon Heyman of MLB Network.
The 31-year-old slashed .238/.301/.311 with three homers, 11 stolen bases, and 42 RBIs across 156 games for the Seattle Mariners last season. He earned an All-Star berth in 2021 after recording a .305 batting average and 176 hits between the Pittsburgh Pirates and San Diego Padres.
The Orioles already have infielders Jorge Mateo, Ramon Urias, and Gunnar Henderson, which means Frazier could see some time in the outfield. He logged nine starts in left field, eight in right, and one in center in 2022.
