Seattle Mariners manager Scott Servais isn't happy about the full-scale fight that broke out between his team and the Los Angeles Angels on Sunday.

"It's part of the game that I'm not very proud of, quite frankly. I think we should be better than this. I know people like to see it, but (this) isn't hockey. It's uncalled for," Servais said Monday, according to Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times.

The 55-year-old skipper added that he sustained a few bruises during the brawl, according to Curtis Crabtree of FOX 13 Seattle.

Meanwhile, Jesse Winker, who charged the Angels' dugout after Andrew Wantz threw at him, said L.A. manager Phil Nevin and infielder Anthony Rendon instigated the situation by yelling at him from their dugout, per Divish.

"I think it's a bad look on Phil Nevin, and it could have been handled differently," Winker said, according to Corey Brock of The Athletic.

The Mariners were angry at the Angels because they believe their AL West rivals changed starting pitchers before the game to throw at batters after Mike Trout was almost hit in the head during Saturday's game.

MLB came down hard on both teams Monday with 12 suspensions, including a 10-game ban for Nevin.
